Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Dexi (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Dexi lets you scan trading cards, view price information, and manage a personal collection. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the provided interfaces.

Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features via auto‑renewing subscriptions or one‑time purchases (“IAP”). Billing and cancellations are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

Content & Intellectual Property

The App and its contents are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law. You retain rights to any content you add to your collection.

Privacy

We collect only crash and diagnostic data to improve reliability. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Price data is for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual sale prices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexi and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
