Privacy Policy for Dexi

Last Updated: December 2, 2025

Introduction

Welcome to Dexi. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Dexi collects limited technical data to keep the app reliable and to understand how people discover and use Dexi. If you choose to create an optional Dexi account, we also collect and store your email address to enable sign-in across devices. We do not collect your name or other personal contact details such as postal address or phone number.

What We Collect

Crash & Diagnostic Data
We use a crash reporting service (Crashlytics) to collect app diagnostics such as:

Crash reporting does not collect your images, card scans, or other content you create in Dexi, and it does not include information such as your name, email content, or other directly identifying information.

Optional Account Data
If you choose to create an account for syncing and signing in across multiple devices, we collect:

This information is used only for authentication, account management, and enabling cross-device access. Providing an email is optional — the app remains fully usable without an account.

You have the right to request access to your data, correct it, delete your account, or request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us at nativemobteq@gmail.com.

Advertising & Attribution Data (iOS only)

Dexi runs app install and marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and Google. To understand which campaigns lead to app installs and to measure the performance of our advertising, we may use:

With your permission (see “App Tracking Transparency (iOS)” below), these services may access your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and similar identifiers for the sole purpose of:

We do not use this data to personally identify you inside Dexi, and we do not use it to serve personalized or behavioral ads to you within the app.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework requires apps to request your permission before accessing identifiers that can be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

What “tracking” means here
For Dexi, “tracking” refers only to allowing our advertising partners (such as Meta/Facebook and Google) to:

This is done solely so they can tell us which ad campaigns led to a Dexi app install or other high-level campaign performance metrics.

Why we request permission
If you see an ATT prompt from Dexi, it is because:

What we do not do

You can change or withdraw your permission at any time in your iOS device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Advertising and attribution data (such as advertising identifiers and high-level install or campaign performance metrics) may be processed by our advertising partners (for example, Meta/Facebook and Google) solely to measure and report on the performance of Dexi’s app install and marketing campaigns, and only where you have granted permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

We do not sell your data. We do not share data with third parties for their own independent advertising or profiling purposes beyond the limited attribution and measurement activities described above.

Retention

Crash reports are retained only as long as needed for debugging and in accordance with our provider’s standard retention practices. Email addresses associated with optional accounts are retained until you delete your Dexi account or request deletion, subject to any legal obligations we may have.

Advertising and attribution data is retained by us and our partners only as long as necessary for campaign measurement and reporting, in line with their standard retention policies and any applicable legal requirements.
